The Special Meeting of The Galaxy Towers Condominium Association to have taken place on December 17, 2003 at 8:00 P.M. in the Spa Lounge at Galaxy Towers Condominium, 7000 Boulevard East, Guttenberg, New Jersey was cancelled by a unanimous vote of the Board of Directors at their December 4, 2003 meeting. The management office is currently collecting money to distribute to all employees as a way of thanking them for the service that they have provided to you throughout the year. Decorated bins are being placed in each tower lobby to accommodate donations of toys, food and clothing for various area charities. Distribution of all donated items will take place on December 19, 2003 at the Anna L. Klein School. Check your cubbies for more information.

Bus tickets purchased this year have an expiration date of 12/31/2003. Please remember tickets stamped with this date will no longer be valid at year-end. We will start selling tickets with a 2004 expiration date on December 1st. No movie will be shown on Friday, November 28, 2003. The movie for Friday, December 6 is Anger Management starring Jack Nicholson and Adam Sandler. Movies start at 8:15 PM unless otherwise indicated.

In an effort to conserve electricity, we have installed photoelectric light sensors in the laundry rooms. We are testing the sensors and working out the kinks. Lights will go on automatically as soon as you walk into the room. Please do not touch the sensors, as that will alter the settings. The lights will remain on as long as they sense motion in the room.

Elisabeth Morrow School in Englewood has offered to come to the Galaxy for a reception to explain about the school and answer any questions. The school spans Nursery (3 yrs) to 8th grade. We would like to ascertain how many families might be interested in attending a reception. The Republican Club meetings on Wednesday, November 19, and Wednesday, December 17th have been postponed because of the Thanksgiving Holiday and the GTCA Bylaws Vote Meeting. We have rescheduled a Nov-Dec Republican Club Meeting for Wednesday, December 10th at 8:00 pm in Spa Room 3. Holiday Refreshments will be served. Michael Nathanson, former Gymboree teacher, brings his talent and experience to the Galaxy in his Play and Learn Class. Our lobbies have limited storage space for packages that are received for residents. Please pick up your packages promptly when notified. If you know that you will be away and are expecting a package, please leave a "Permission to Enter" and our staff, accompanied by Security will deliver your package and place it inside your apartment door. Effective immediately, large packages will no longer be left in the lobbies but will be transferred to a safe holding location.
