LOCK BOX UPDATE
We would like to thank our Tower I and Tower II residents for their cooperation during our testing phase. We are aware of the shortcomings with our new statements. Due to the size of the remittance portion of the statement, only eight chargeable entries can be shown. Additional line entries and most recent charges are being lumped together and posted to the new statement as "arrears". Please rest assured we know most of you are not in arrears. A preliminary test has shown promise with correcting the "arrears" error. We hope to be finished with the testing phase in the next two months. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call Mary Ellen at 201/453-2412 or Linda at 201/453-2414.
