New PACKAGE DELIVERIES
Our lobbies have limited storage space for packages that are received for residents. Please pick up your packages promptly when notified. If you know that you will be away and are expecting a package, please leave a "Permission to Enter" and our staff, accompanied by Security will deliver your package and place it inside your apartment door. Effective immediately, large packages will no longer be left in the lobbies but will be transferred to a safe holding location.
LOCK BOX UPDATE
We would like to thank our Tower I and Tower II residents for their cooperation during our testing phase. We are aware of the shortcomings with our new statements. Due to the size of the remittance portion of the statement, only eight chargeable entries can be shown. Additional line entries and most recent charges are being lumped together and posted to the new statement as "arrears". Please rest assured we know most of you are not in arrears. A preliminary test has shown promise with correcting the "arrears" error. We hope to be finished with the testing phase in the next two months. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call Mary Ellen at 201/453-2412 or Linda at 201/453-2414.
COCKTAILS BY THE POOL
The Social and Cultural Committee will be serving Cocktails By The Pool from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Sunday, July 27, 2003 . Alain Chaubert and Yvonne Taylor will entertain. The drink of the day will be a Blue Hawaiian.
KEY CHECK
We have completed checking our keys on file in Tower I. On Monday, July 28, 2003 we will commence checking keys in Tower II. Those of you who have received a letter advising that we do not have a copy of your key on file, you will need to provide us with a copy. If you have recently moved in, remember that we must have a copy of your apartment keys in case of emergency. Please contact the Management Office for more information.
WASTE LINE CLEANING
We are embarking on a huge project to clean the kitchen waste lines throughout the entire building. This will alleviate many of the "Black Water Fairy" problems that residents are experiencing, when black dirty water suddenly backs up into your apartment. We will be contacting you during the next few months to gain access to your apartment, and it is IMPERATIVE that access be given when we request it, for this project to be successful.
