THE RUN-OFF ELECTION FOR THE THREE AT-LARGE SEATS WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19, 2003 IN THE SPA FROM 5:00 PM UNTIL 9:00 PM. All your votes are important to us!  Please take the time before the upcoming election to bring your account to a current position with our Accounting Department.  Owners who are not in good standing will not be able to exercise their voting privileges.

Effective immediately, use of temporary replacement cars for less than 36 hours must obtain a temporary parking number from the Accounting Department.  This number, as well as your signature and the statement "replacement car" must be affixed to the back of your garage ticket when you exit.  Without these three mandatory items, you will be charged the daily rate applicable to the number of hours the car was in our garage.

Temporary replacement cars used for longer than 36 hours must be issued a temporary tag.  The tags are available from the GTCA Accounting office and are valid for ten (10) days.  When applying for a temporary tag, a parking form must be completed and returned to the office with either a copy of your car rental agreement or a copy of the replacement car's registration.  Contact Jeanette Ojeda at 201-453-2429 and/or Linda Montoya at 201-453-2414 if you have any questions or need a parking form.

As you are aware, we are installing a new Key fob system for access from our garage.  We plan on distributing the new key fobs on March 10th, 11th, and 12th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.  If you use a key fob and have not already done so, fill out the form at the concierge desk.  If you don't provide a form, you will not have access after April 1, 2003.

The regular Board of Education meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 12, 2003 has been cancelled.  A special meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 26, 2003.

The Parents Committee is starting a bi-monthly Toddlers in Motion Class on Wednesdays at 4:15 PM commencing on March 19, 2003.  Toddlers will partake in a mixture of movement and music.  This class is recommended for children aged 1 ½ to 3 ½ .  Tuition is $60.  Contact Karen Tsang at 201-662-9584.

The Retirees Committee will be sponsoring a Fantasy of Arabian Nights in the Spa Lounge on May 24, 2003 at 8:00 PM.  The evening will feature a belly dancer, open bar, superb Middle Eastern Cuisine, dancing to a DJ and much more at a cost of $30 per person.  Galaxy residents and guests 21+ years are welcome.  Contact Hasso Gulrajaney at 201-861-5478 for more details.

The movie for March 7, 2003 will be The Good Girl, starring Jennifer Anniston.

Massage is available at the Spa.  The Spa is also offering core strengthening classes on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM and Saturdays at 10:00 AM.  Massage therapy and fitness equipment orientations are also now available.  Contact the Spa at 201-453-2405 for more information.
