1. The Galaxy Picnic Area is for the exclusive use of Galaxy residents and their guests.
2. Hours are 10:00 A.M. to sunset.
3. Guests - Same as for the SPA, no more than 4 at any given time per apartment.
4. Picnic Parties - May be given, only if scheduled through SPA Manager. (No more than 20 people)
5. Guests of residents must be accompanied by an adult resident over 18 years of age.
6. Children under 18 years of age will not be permitted to the Picnic area without being supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times.
7. No one will be permitted in the Picnic Area before or after scheduled hours of operation, which currently are 10:00 A.M. to sunset. The Association may revise hours at any time.
8. Pets (except Seeing Eye dogs) are not permitteed ni the Picnic Area at any time.
9. Horseplay, running, or objectionable behavior such as the of loud, boisterous, obscene or offensive language in the Picnic Area will not be permitted.
10. No baseball, softball, or stickball is allowed in the Picnic Area.
11. Radios, televisions and tape players are permitted only when listened to at a reasonable volume level.
12. Use of "Match Light" charcoal is suggested. Use of fuel accelerants is prohibited.
13. Please clean up your area after use. DO NOT attempt to move or remove coals or ashes from the grills.
