Parking Garage Rules and Regulations





1. HEADLIGHTS MUST BE ON AT ALL TIMES WHEN DRIVING IN THE GARAGE.
DRIVE SLOWLY... DRIVE ON RIGHT SIDE...


2. SPEED LIMIT IN THE GARAGE IS 5 MPH. NO PASSING!

3. VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION DEVICES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. Attempted use by other than licensed vehicle on file with GTCA office shall void parking permit and subject users to penalty. Vehicle identification stickers must be clearly displayed on the driver's side of the rear view mirror.

4. VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION DEVICES remain the property of the GTCA and must be visibly.
displayed on rear view mirror. Replacement charge for lost devices is $25.00. Permit holder shall file a "lost" report immediately to GTCA office.

5. TEMPORARY TAGS are available from the accounting department for license holder's use when they have a loaner vehicle.

6. PARKING CHARGES are due on the Ist of each month and payable by the 10th of the month. Non- payment may cause cancellation of parking permit, towing of vehicle and/or immobilization. A late charge of $15.00 per parking space will be assessed for non-payment and delinquent payment.

7. The Galaxy Towers Condominium Association is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to or from vehicles parked in parking garage. Additionally, the Galaxy Towers Condominium Association is not responsible for loss or damage arising from the conduct of anyone operating or owning a vehicle in the parking garage. Specifically, the Galaxy Towers Condominium Association disclaims any and all liability with respect to personal or property injuries that arise or result from the conduct of any operator or owner of a vehicle while in, entering, or exiting the parking garage.

8. Permit holder, his agents or invitees are required to park and lock vehicles.

9. Permit grants a license to park only; no bailment is created. Additionally, no service offered, if any, by the Galaxy Towers Condominium Association with respect to the parking garage should be constnted as creating any relationship other than that of licensor-licensee.

10. Garage is open 24 hours per day or as posted at individual entrances.

11. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas, within stall marker boundaries. Vehicles parked in other prohibited areas, including reserved parking spaces, are subject to removal or immobilization at violator's risk and expense.

12. Parking permits are issued for parking garage only and for no other purpose. Permit holder agrees not to allow washing, waxing, repairs, cleaning or servicing of the vehicle within the parking garage. No signs of any kind may be displayed on vehicles.

13. Handicapped designated spaces must be observed.

14. When emptying trash, please use receptacles at the platforms. If you have a flat tire or a large item, tell the attendant so that he may notify housekeeping to remove it.

15. All vehicles parked in the garage shall be in operable condition, capable of being driven in a safe and normal manner. Use of vehicles for purposes of storing items is not permitted.

16. Employees or garage attendants are not authorized to make or to allow exceptions to the Rules and Regulations.

17. The Galaxy Towers Condominium Association is not responsible for any personal or property injuy or damage that results from any activity, conduct or event taking place in the parking garage not already disclaimed herein.

These procedures are currently in effect. The GTCA reserves the right to modify, eliminate or adopt such other rules, regulations or procedures, as it deems appropriate. Upon notice, the GTCA may revoke the permit holder's license to park for willfully refusing to comply with these procedures or violations.
