Kislak National Bank Mortgage Refinancing Opportunity

Kislak National Bank, the institution financing our repair and restoration work, is offering Galaxy homeowners a unique opportunity to refinance their own mortgages at highly competitive interest rates with no fees and no points.

A Kislak representative will be at the June 26, Informational Meeting to present the program and answer questions. This program enables you to take advantage of the low interest rates available now and save many of the usual bank charges related to refinancing.

If a sufficient number of Galaxy Unit Owners take advantage of this opportunity, Kislak will lower the interest rate on the Galaxy's current Line of Credit and Loan package.

While Kislak's Refinancing Program may result in a reduction in the interest rate on Galaxy's current Line of Credit and Loan package, each homeowner's loan will stand on its own and will in no way be linked to the Galaxy's loan. Nor will the Galaxy's Line of Credit and Loan package affect any individual's mortgage or apartment.

The GTCA Management and the Board of Directors do not recommend or propose that any homeowner refinance now. Rather, the Board of Directors is simply bringing to your attention this refinancing opportunity and allowing Kislak the time and place to present it to each of you.

Kislak will make a representative and a simple application form available to interested homeowners right in our own Spa. When the exact dates and times are determined they will be posted.
