Facade Work

Starting Monday, February 27, 2003, our engineers will begin conducting scaffold drops along the facades of Tower II. These drops will affect all Tower II residents at some point in the next two weeks. Specifically, as the weather (wind) permits, workers will be riding scaffolding rigs from the roof of the building to the base of the building and will be inspecting the exterior walls and terraces of the building.

Residents may hear noise, voices or banging and will see workers directly outside their windows. It is strongly recommended for your peace of mind that you close and lock all windows, and close your blinds/curtains during the next two weeks. Workers will only be on these rigs during daylight hours.

Building 4 and Tower III will be next. Residents in those buildings will be notified accordingly.
