The Election Committee and the Election Coordinator have been advised by two candidates of their decision to withdraw their names for consideration for the position of at-large director in the run-off election to be held on March 19, 2003.
As a result, the slate of candidates for the run-off election for the three at-large directorsis as follows:

As previously advised, the run-off election will take place on March 19, 2003 between 5pm and 8pm. any owner voting by Specific Proxy Ballot or by Form of Proxy should submit the appropriate forms to the Election Coordinator, Honest Ballot Association, no later the 5pm on March 18, 2003.
