All members of the Social Committee, past and present, would like to thank Lisa Etzi for her many years of enthusiastic leadership and dedication as committee head. We wish her and Stephen all the best on their move to a new home. We will miss you!
The annual Super Bowl party on January 28 had in attendance 73 sports fans. As a change of menu, three 6-foot heroes were ordered from Blimpie with sides of potato salad, macaroni salad and coleslaw. The usual beer, wine and soda were flowing, and chips, pretzels and fruit were also to be had.

March 31, Saturday, at 8 P.M.(depending on response) – Dinner, Dancing & Show at The Supper Club, 240 West 47th Street, New York (between Broadway and Eighth Avenue). The evening includes This Joint Is Jumpin,’ a Swing Revue paying homage to the 1940’s, with Larry Marshall and his troupe of eight performers joined by the Supper Club All-Star Big Band. This is a night on the town. Dancing before and after the show.
May 5, Saturday, at 7:30 P.M. in the Spa Lounge - International Pot Luck- Bring your favorite recipe/dish-appetizer, entree, salad or dessert for eight people. We will collect recipes and hope to publish our "Galaxy Cookbook." The Galaxy Singers will serenade with "Music from the Movies." Drinks will be complimentary. To enter you must bring a dish.
