Covenants Committee

The Covenants Committee has been established to ensure a quality lifestyle at the Galaxy. Our members are comprised of unit owners who mediate in a fair and unbiased manor.

The Covenants Committee facilitates harmony within the Galaxy by providing interpretations of the Master Deed, Articles of the Incorporation, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations and Resolutions if requested to do so by a Unit Owner to settle disputes.

The mission of the Committee is to maintain harmony, ensure the comfort of the unit owner, their guests and lessees, and promote the general welfare and safety of the Condominium Community.

When involved in housing related disagreements between individual unit owners and the association, and between unit owners, the Covenants Committee is the governing body appointed by the Board of Directors to resolve the disputed.

How do you go about doing this?

1. Contact the Galaxy office
2. Obtain a covenants complaint form and submit it to the Galaxy office
3. The process will then begin
