At the galaxy we are truely a democracy, with each apartment entitled
to one vote in the annual elections of the Board members.  The nine
person Board,  chooses the officers. We have developed an excellent
relationship with the town officials of Guttenberg.  The galaxy is one of
the very few large Condo or Co-op Associations in the U.S. which
does not utilize the services of an outside management agent. We are well
financed, with a demonstrated strong record of financial management.
To keep intouch with its residents,  the Galaxy holds open forums or
"town meetings" to discuss issues with the Board.
